Let’s Have Fun Like It’s 2021!
Reflecting on 2020 and thinking of 2021 reminded me of my favorite scientist (and super funny guy) Albert Einstein, who when asked for life advice once answered: “Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow.”
It’s remarkable how almost a century later, Einstein’s words of wisdom are still so relevant! There’s so much to learn from 2020, both from the mistakes we made, but also from the silver lining that these challenging “clouds” brought with them. I’m actually quite excited about 2021 and feel that if we pause to learn the lessons from the year that’s ending, and remain present by living every moment when it presents itself, and if we choose to be driven by hope rather than by fear — 2021 will give us another opportunity to get things right this time around!
Most importantly, I’d like to wish you and everyone around us the Happy New Year we all deserve, a year full of laughter and Joy. A year of exciting adventures, and of many learning-based accomplishments — both big and small!
And finally, after a year that brought us closer to nature, closer to our loved ones (albeit sometimes virtually), and closer to ourselves, I’d like to wish YOU all the things that YOU wish for yourself and your loved ones — may you be happy, may you be free from suffering, may you be whole :)
